The Singing The Singing ringing Treeringing Tree
The Singing Ringing Tree is a 3 meter tall sculpture made of pipes that use the energy of the wind to produce a a range of sounds.
Created by the East Lancashire Environmental Arts Network 2006
ObjectivesObjectivesSculpture needs to stand or hang on its own
Make some kind of noise (either with the wind or by touching).
Consider overall form (Will your sculpture look like something? or will it be abstract?)
If you are having trouble getting started think of how you could make a sculpture that says something about or represents the wind, the weather or the environment.
