The science behind the food

•  Antioxidants and foods with anti-bacterial properties to aid immune system and reduce the amount of days off work through illness. Vitamins A, C, E, zinc, selenium, phytochemicals from blueberries, cherries, raspberries, red grapes, onions, leeks, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage.
