"Sosyal Ağlarda Politik Mizah" is a conference which deals how social media and politic humour affects each other and how social
media users are affected and affect since they are content creators .
The Conference will occur on 30.10.2014.
S.M.A.R.TSpecific :
• To show how current political humour and social media interact with each other.
Measurable : • How many people will come, what their thoughts are about the
event will measure by "like/dislike screen"
Achievable : • We have quota for 300 people , our goal is +5% / - 5% of quota
Relevant : • To increase reputation of IEU
Timely : • To put into practice the event on 30.10.2014.
SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths
• We have a creative team with an impressive list of technical skills
• Well-known and successful speakers give the conference • We have attractive activities that will interest our guests• We have a strong risk management team and crisis
management plan
Weaknesses
• The event is realized by Public Relations Club of IUE so our budget is limited with club budget and sponsors.
• We do not have transportation facilities.• We are not a professional agency.
Opportunities
• The usage of social media increased• Social media is an important tool to spread news about
politics.• Politics is an issue that remains on the agenda.
Threats
• Other events in the same day.• The conference has threats due to different political ideas of
participants.• The failures that can occur about transportation of speakers
and local transportation.

• Worked at Gırgır, Leman, Hayvan and Penguen.
DIFFERENTIATION POINTS
• There will be caricatures which are created for the conference and not shared on the media before.
• The interaction between politics and political humour are defined clearly by examples.
