Students should inform the reasons for their absence

immediately to the lecturer.

Lecturers need to report to the faculty if there are any students who miss out on a

course about 20% of the total lecture hours.

TEMPLATE WARNING LETTER

Subject : Warning letter for Class Absent

This is a warning to student name (ID) for erratic patterns of attendance and invalid absence from classes.

Please be advised that it has been noticed that you have been absent mostly without any valid reason and this seems to be a regular practice. Specifically, you had absence for total of 4/3 hour class since start of semester.

In cases of medical reason OR leaves taken due to student program the information should be informed to the lecturer. The medical verification certificates need to be provided for the same. Any invalid absence which you are unable to provide official verification in future will be subject to further disciplinary action including possible barred from taking Final Exam.
