How do you conceive the role of new technologies in education New technologies can create new, open

learning environment in which the instructional role can be shifted from a teacher-centered to a learner-centered. Teachers move from being the major source of information and deliverers of knowledge to co-learners and collaborators.

How would you define the concept of instructional design(ID)

ID is the process provides a means for sound decision making to determine the who, what, when, where, why, and how of a learning program.

ID can sometimes referred to Instructional System Design(ISD) or ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) that share major similar approach.

ICT can be used to support what Education reflects(diversity of needs, expectations, interests and cultural contexts) in order to improve the quality of teaching&learning, to sharing knowledge&information, to introduce a higher degree of flexibility in the reply to social needs, to lower the cost and to improve internal&external efficiencies of educational system.
