• We also utilize The Server Expert Team that is L3 and above.• Our Product Support Team works on issues specific
to our products. • 50 Team Leads to take escalations and work directly
with Alliance Senior Technicians.

• All L2 and higher engineers hold a variety of technical certifications, and the SET holds the very high level certs in Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, etc.
• Engineers are fully certified with VMware, in addition to in-house DBA’s that assist with very specialized client issues.
