The image then gets associated with both the accounts payable invoice record in AP but also, if being job costed, the actual cost record in Job Cost, beco-ming an invaluable tool for your Project Management team.

PAYROLL

Payroll can be a nightmare for any contractor. Employees could have multiple pay types, job classifcations, different pay scales, different locatons having different tax rates, and dozens of compliance reports required by various agencies. The good news is that you can easily set up STRUC-TURE to do all of this for you.

With STRUCTURE you can auto-matically post labor to job costs, as well as track vacation, holiday, and earned sick time. You have the ability to calculate taxes and dedcu-tions, Davis-Bacon and Section 125 deductions, and automatically print state Tax checks and garnishment checks as part of the payroll run.

The many inquiries and reports in the Payroll module allow you to inquire on specific employee infor-mation, with a "drill down" feature that lets you see additional details on the entries.
