After opening the app, you will be asked to enter your login credentials

Pulse
Once you have successfully logged in, the Pulse Dashboard will appear. From here you have instant access to Stats, Recently Added, Contact Activity, Trending, and Messaging.

See first hand how you’re doing compared to your peers, and how your team is doing overall. A lot of the time field based reps aren’t sitting next to each other every day so we want to make sure you still feel apart of the team!
Good content is priceless but sometimes it is hard to find. SoloFire brings recently added or updated content to the forefront for easy access. The app will automatically update to let you know of any new content uploaded. You can then filter the content by name, date, and type.
*By default content is sorted in descending
order from newest to oldest. Content in here is
no older than 30 days.

Get detailed contact activity every time you share content with your customers. With an interactive timeline for each contact, you can see when they open your files and what they viewed. You can look back at every interaction throughout history.

Contact Activity
There are two ways to view contact activity...
1 Tap the icon on the sidebar
Tap within the Contact Activity section2
After you tap, the contact activity will expand bringing up an interactive timeline for every contact you share content with.

Tap the contact name to bring up the individual timeline

Content
Tapping the Content button located in the upper right hand navigation takes you to your email cart. SoloFire also tracks the files you share with your customers and instantly notifies you when they receive and view those files.

Inside the SoloFire app, under Pulse, is a message center so you can stay up to date with all the important announcements sent from your admins. Now you don’t have to worry that you will accidentally pass over them in your email inbox.
Messaging
There are two ways to view messages...
1 Tap the icon on the sidebar
Tap within the Messaging section2
*These messages are unidirectional from the
admin to the app user. Meaning app users can’t
respond to admins or send other users messages.

Share
Tapping the Share button located in the upper right hand navigation takes you to your share queue. SoloFire also tracks the files you share with your customers and notifies you when they open and view those files.

Present
Tapping the Present button located in the upper right hand navigation takes you to the Present page where you can easily build a custom presentation using content tailored to that specific prospect’s needs. You can share any of the content with your prospect so they can review the information after the meeting.

Share via emailEnter in the contact’s email, subject, and
message. Tap send.
*to send an email to multiple people at once,
seperate each email address by a comma

Share via textEnter in the contact’s name and phone
number, or add a contact from “Your
Contacts” by tapping the + to the right.
Enter message and tap send.

Tapping X removes a document from the share queue

Tap Forgot Password
From there you be directed to another screen. Enter your email associated with your account, click submit.
You will get an email with a link to set your password. If you didn't receive the email, you might have entered in the wrong e-mail. Or check your email spam folder to verify that the email didn't get sent to your spam folder.
Click the link, it will take you to a new window to reset your password. Enter in your new password and confirm it, click submit. Your password has been reset.

Open the app to be taken to the login screen, from there you will be able to reset your password.

Settings
Tapping the Settings button located in the upper right hand navigation will allow you view the Settings menu. From this menu, you can perform a variety of tasks.
Log out of the app
Switch configurations
Clears all files in your share queue
Clear all presentations you’ve created
Sign into your SalesForce account
Refresh downloaded content assures that your local files are the most recent version
