• An affordable financ ing plan. The SolarCity MyPower loan lets you finance your system for $0 down. You can then claim 30% of your system's total cost as a federal tax c redit and use it as a kWh Rate Reduction Payment to lower your monthly payments.2

• Pay off your loan with the sun. You can pay back your loan with monthly payments based on the energy your system produces. By using this repayment method, you may pay for this clean energy at a lower rate than you pay the utility now.

• Easy to transfer. If you decide to move or sell your home, you may be able to transfer your loan to the new owner.3 You can also pay off your loan at any time with no penalty.
