Success is achieved by excellent strategy and determined hard work. Indian infrastructure

market is the 2nd largest in the world and being a part of this industry, challenges and

opportunities are seen walking hand in hand.

Satec started its operations with providing telecom shelters and in a short span has grown as a

leading manufacturer of prefabricated structures. Satec now looks far into the future, driven by

the vision of becoming a brand which is reckoned with industrial infrastructure sector. Today

we have successfully completed project in PNG Australia and currently undertaking a low cost

housing project for Hydro electricity power plant in Bhutan. We have also been working since

inception with clients like Jindal Power & Steel, L&T, Tata, Essar& Reliance to name a few.

India has huge demand for power consumption and with growing demand, alternate energy

manufacturing is becoming a crucial market. Today solar power generation is been seen an

eminent resource and Satec is working with many Solar EPC, supplying solar mounting

structures. We have also become part of a historic Narmada Solar Power Project in Gujarat.

Our aim now is to sustain our growth by providing high quality products and customization.

Our manufacturing unit is in Bhuj Gujarat and we manufacture everything in-house and have

invested in building a state-of-art production unit which spreads across 1, 40,000 sq ft. We

have top line PUF, continuous panel production machine, Roll forming machine, CNC plasma

cutting machine, Galvanizing and powder coating units.

Satec currently has a strong hold in manufacturing pre fabricated structures, portable cabins, site offices, low cost residential colonies, transmission towers and solar mounting solutions. The company also deals in providing solar roof top structure, inverter rooms & control rooms.

These structures are manufactured using prefabricated insulated sandwich panels, beams and purlins. These structures ensure fire resistance, low maintenance cost, durable, strong and easily install at the site and are comparatively low in cost as compared to other conventional products.

Satec also provides pre engineering building and has complete design to build methodology which focuses on reducing cost of building while at the same time enhancing strength of the structure and shrinking completion schedule.

We provide pre fabricated structures as per your requirement using steel structures, plate-welded and roll formedI beams, cold roll formed secondary channels in Z or C shapes and color coated roofing.

Solar power production is also an ever growing industry in India and considering the demand for new power resources of energy increasing with the growing population, Satec has been providing solar mounting services to Solar EPC.

Satec offers designing, fabrication, galvanization and

installation of module mounting structures. The structures are

optimized to ensure minimum weight (kg) /watt for quick delivery

and instillation

The products are designed as per the MNRE and is norms taking into

consideration adequate wind loading (47 m/s) and a long life time of at least 25 years.

Ground Based Module Mounting Structures

Since our entry into the solar industry in 2011, Satec has become one of the leading infrastructure companies in the

market. Today Satec has acquired all the necessary capabilities for designing, developing and commissioning of solar

plants from a few kilowatts to several mega watts.

Satec offers a range of products that cover the entire infrastructure requirement for a solar power plant. We offer

customized design solutions as per the unique requirement of each client. All products are thoroughly inspected for

quality during various phases of production from inputraw material to the finished

product.

Roof Mounted Structures

Satec supplies module mounting structures forboth flat roofs and slopped roofs

The fabricated products are hot dip galvanizes to a thickness of 80 microns to 120 microns depending on the corrosive nature of the project location • Fixed type module mounting structures

• Seasonal tilt controlled module mounting structures

• Single axis daily tracking structures

Roof mounted solar structures are ideal for urban environments and large industrial estates where ground space is premium

Satec provides excellent design that are economical, easy to install and also very light so that the roof structures in not damaged

The structure designs are standardized and their modular nature ensures easy installation and maximum utilizations of roof spaces

All structures are designed to ensure minimum drilling on the roof and also to avoid any waterleakage

Satec offers module mounting clamps (mid clamps and end clamps) made of galvanized MS. The clamps are

available in a standard design for both Thin-film (framed and unframed) and poly-crystalline modules or in

customer specified dimensions.

Our experience in manufacturing high quality auto components has helped us fabricate module mounting clamps

with high precision and quality.

CONCENTRATED SOLAR POWER (SOLAR THERMAL) SUPPORT

STRUCTURES

MODULE MOUNTING CLAMPS

Satec infrastructure is well equipped for fabricating larger and high precision structures required for solar thermal

support structures. Satec is currently implementing a second galvanizing plant with a 13 meter zinc bath required

for the CSP structures with a section length of 12 meters. The 4000 MT/month fabrication yard is fully capable of

delivering the large volumes of material required in CSP plant.

SOLAR POWERED TELECOM TOWERS Satec is an established telecom tower manufacturer and have supplied to a number of the leading telecom companies and their infrastructure providers. Rural towers with limited access to electricity have to rely of diesel generators for powering the telecom towers.

Satec offers solar power solutions to the existing as well as upcoming telecom tower sites. These hybrid power packs are designed to work in tandem with the existing diesel generator and shift majority of the load to the solar power system while the diesel generator acts as a backup. Such a solution reduced the emissions from towers due to diesel consumption

PRE-FABRICATED INVERTER ROOMS AND CONTROL ROOMS

Satec is one of the largest suppliers of prefabricated buildings for solar power plants in India. The pre-fab buildings can be employed as inverter rooms, control rooms, site offices, site accommodation and storage facilities.

The material used for construction is PUF panel which possess excellent insulation properties and light weight. The panels are manufactured at the sprawling facility in Bhuj with a capacity of 900,000 Sq meters/month. These buildings are designed to withstand extreme weather conditions including cyclones and have a long lifespan of 25 years and more.

Civil works are one of the most challenging and time consuming processes in the development of a solar

power plant. The broad range of products supplied and a well efficient projects team enables Satec to

undertake complete civil infrastructure development of solar power plants. The scope of work includes

land development, module mounting structure supply and installation, foundation works, site offices,

accommodation facilities, inverter and control room installation, storage, handling and installation of PV

modules on the erected structures. The plant will be handed over to the contracting company ready for

electrical wiring and installation.

The advantages of such a procedure include,

1. Single point of communication though out the works and hence facilitates orderly timely

flow of information.

2. Most of the infrastructure products are manufactured by

Satec in-house and hence the process saves time

and costs along with efficient monitoring.

The Narmada canal project is one of the most unique solar project to be executed in India where a 1 MW solar PV

plant was installed across a vast stretch of the Narmada Canal. The aim of this pilot project is to study the

feasibility of utilizing the open spaces available over canals to generate power and also to reduce the evaporation of

precious water from the canals.

PUF PANEL FACILITY

Satec has a dedicated capacity of 30,000 square feet for the production of PUF Panels daily.

Our top of the line PUF manufacturing plant has been imported from Italy and Germany. Presently the

capacity facilitates production of 9,00,000 square feet of panels per month

An imported continuous PUF manufacturing line is currently being installed which will increase the

production capacity further.

PUF panels find a wide variety of applications such as for porta cabins, low cost housing, prefabricated

buildings, inverter rooms and control rooms for solar plants etc.
