1. Project Abstract
People living in Villages usually face several difficulties in their daily routine life, where drinking and sanitary water is one of the most prominent issue, availability of water can really make a difference in life standard. Sometimes life for school going children especially for female children becomes very difficult in Villages due to unavailability of sanitary water in toilets, and going forest and in field as toilet purpose which causes mishaps i.e. insects bite, snake bite and sexual harassment also. So the execution of “Solar Pumping Solution for Sanitary Water” project is a great step taken
by Youth Action Pakistan, to save children from mentioned mishaps M/S Limitless Solutions Being Consultant/EPC-contractor for solar PV power projects is started working in the field of
Solar PV Power Engineering from the winter of 1999. Now after 14 years of proven practical experience, having expertise in both Grid tied and Off Grid Solar PV Power Designing and construction.
2. Baseline Project Definition
Central theme of this project is to provide 1,000 Solar Water Pumping systems in village area all over the Sindh where expectedly 100 villages are in upper Sindh and 100 villages are in Lower Sindh. Each village has minimum 5 schools that will be furnished with a solar water pumping system to provide water for basic usage.
Specification of each Water Pumping system are as following

3.1. Project Execution Plan
Entire Project will be completed within 240 working days from the date of confirmation and the time line is also subjected to supply of solar products (as the prompt supply of products is
responsibility of YAP)
Said project will be run under the supervision of an experienced Project Manager with the help
of a Project coordinator, Six Nos. of Installation teams and also local skilled personnel from each District. Above given time line is further divided in sub-Tasks for each team as follows:
3.1.1. Solar Pump system
Team: One Solar pump installer two helpers Task:
a. Pump placement
b. cable laying of pump and well probe sensor
c. Placement of Controller and PV disconnect switch
d. cable connection of pump and well probe sensor
e. placement of float switch
f. Panel and mounting Placement
g. cable connection of panel to controller
h. testing and commissioning

3.2. Logistics Management
As discussed the logistics of all goods from Karachi warehouse to each site will be in
responsibility of “Youth Action Pakistan”
4. Project Schedule
For each solar pump system installation one technical team (three personals) to complete above Task according to below given description. Team will start working after the supply of goods to site. The working criteria is that each team will complete 1 system every day, so it will be completed in 240 working days. Total Six Teams are deputed in such a way that “Three teams” are for Upper Sindh and “Three Teams” are for Lower Sindh. All the teams will perform the installation
in parallel. Following is the work distribution of each team:

4.1.1. Training for School Representative
1. We will provide training to any person/Staff deputed by school management, to maintain
and operate the system on daily basis.
2. We will provide an operating manual in Urdu and Sindhi for consumer, which have all the
details of tasks needed for daily maintenance of the system.

7. Assurance for Quality and working of system
There will be three stages to check the entire work during installation
1- Project Coordinator will look after the task at every stage
2- Solar Consultant will be visiting different sites time to time and will meet the locally available authorities on site and will assure the satisfaction level of the tasks

8. Communications Plan
8.1. Project Kick-off Meeting
After getting the approval of working and after visiting the site a meeting of high profile personals will be set between followings to set/resolve the main tasks and other issues if

Project Assessment and Review meetings will be conducted in the end of every month which will be between

Following two forms will be signed from any designated authority by Youth Action Pakistan
1- Delivery Challan (for what stuff we delivered to site)
2- Installation completion advice from owner of each after successful installation and commissioning of the system

After successful completion of the Project key personals from the following will conduct the final meeting for discussion and assuring that all have been completed and or if there is any reservation/issue is remaining from any of following or from home owner
