Soggy Bottom Boys VA Beach Fall Urban- Orienteering Race Sat Nov 5 th , 2011 - Runs 10AM till 7PM • NO Experience Required! Using Pre-plotted maps, choose your own routes throughout the Oceanfront, past tourists and along the city streets & beautiful neighborhoods, looking for checkpoints on your maps (like Amazing Race meets a Scavenger Hunt). The 6- hr course includes Bike Navigation. 3-hr course can be done on feet or bikes. Come out to race serious or just bring your family and have some fun along the way using free included Metro Maps. Special “One Price for a Family” discount available. • 2 Courses Avail: 3-hr, Standard Urban Score-Orienteering (using feet only OR Unofficial “Fun” Class using Bikes). 6-hr Score Orienteering course using Feet first then Bike during 2 nd 3-hrs. 3-hr course must start by 1 PM. 6-hr course must start before 11:30 AM • FREE Map training available day of event for anyone needing help • Cost - $25 for 3-hr course & $35 for 6-hr course by Sept 21, 2011.
