• Simple Assets– ABC Simple Asset is barcode asset software that enables your small or
medium sized business to quickly and easily manage your valuable assets without a lot of time or expense.
– The solution consists of a “Barcode Enabled - Mobile Device” application used to collect the data and a “PC Application” used to organize and report back the data.

• RFID Asset Tracking– Problem - How do I know where my assets are deployed in the field? I need a
method to quickly inventory my assets and make sure they are where my system thinks they are.
– Solution - ABC Scan RFID Asset Tracking using Metal Optimized Passive RFID tags
– Why Use RFID - Barcodes are great for Asset Tracking but inventories are still dependant on the user finding each barcode and scanning it. Passive RFID tags transmit their data when the reader requests. Imagine inventorying an entire office from the doorway. • ABC Scan .NET– Any current process that involves a manual or paper component can be
improved using the combination of ABC Scan .Net and a mobile data collection device. Using this program your mobile workforce will be able to harness the convenience and accuracy of a handheld barcode scanner to perform physical inventories, cycle counts, track assets and more. ABC Scan .Net also offers great flexibility both from a hardware
perspective, with the wide variety of handheld scanner manufacturers that are supported, and from a software perspective due to its user configurable nature.

• Simple Inventory– ABC Simple is a solution created to enable a business owner to quickly verify
his or her inventory.• Import your existing location data from an “Excel” spreadsheet or typed in to our PC program.• Make sure your products to be inventoried have barcodes on them. We sell several solutions to print
barcodes if needed. Note: The “UPC” codes on already on most products may be utilized.• At "Inventory Time" , simply bring the mobile device in the field where the items are and scan them.
The user first scans (or selects from a list) the “Location” and then he or she scans each item in the location and finally enters the quantity.
• Our inventory user presses “Save” and takes the mobile device to the next location to be inventoried and repeats the above step.
• When all locations have been inventoried simply bring the mobile device back to the PC and connect it with a cradle or docking cable.
• Start the PC program and the data from the mobile device will automatically be sent to the PC and the inventory counts will be updated.
