Overall Website

Main Menu

The main menu is a master section that is repeated in all pages, and it is static where it can’t be modified by the webmaster.

It includes the logo, where the logo is clickable and linked to the homepage.

The menu is divided into two sections: Primary Menu and Secondary Menu.

- Primary Menu: It includes the following items Collections Gold Diamond Bridal Men Gifting L’azurde World Investor Relations

- Secondary Menu Jewelry Guide Store Locator Search Field (search by keywords) Wishlist Basket Language Selector: Website available languages

The main menu remains sticky on the browser while scrolling. Whereas on scrolling down, the primary menu only appears.

Scrolling up changes the sticky menu from showing primary menu only into showing both the primary and secondary menus

The webmaster can only edit the titles of the main menu.

Homepage

The home page is the landing page for the users where it’s the most visited page. This page should include the recent updates and highlights over the website.



The home page includes:

- Banner section

Each banner includes:

Image Title Subtitle Button that is linked to another page (Controlled by the webmaster)

The webmaster can add / edit / delete / banners from the backend (One banner minimum can be kept)

- The section under the banner lists different highlights featured by the webmaster from the backend. By order, these sections are:

Featured Video Featured Jewelry Item Featured Collection Another Featured Collection Featured Press



- Jewelry Guidance and Catalogues Section. It includes 3 subsections: Gold Guidance: Image & Title linked to a specific page Diamond Guidance: Image & Title linked to a specific page Catalogs Downloads: Image & Title linked to catalogs page

Jewelry Guide

Jewelry Guide is a drop down list on the secondary menu and the list has the following:

i. Jewelry Care This page displays 3 paragraphs where each paragraph consists of:

Title Text Paragraph Image (Size differs according to the paragraph order)

- In case the text was too long (longer than the respective image), a scroll bar should appear near the long text



- The webmaster should create and add images for the first 3 paragraphs (as in the designs) - The webmaster can add additional paragraphs with a title and text only

ii. Gold Guide - This page includes a paragraph text and an image. A scroll bar near the text appears in case the text was too long - The webmaster can edit the text and the image of the page

iii. Diamond Guidance This page displays 7 paragraphs where each paragraph consists of:

- The first 7 paragraphs have a specific image size to fit the layout of the designs.

- In case the text was too long, a scroll bar appears near the corresponding text

- The webmaster should create and add images for the first 7 paragraphs (as in the designs) - The webmaster can add additional paragraphs with a title and text only.



- The webmaster can format the title styles (Bold, regular…)

Store Locator

- This page can be accessed from the secondary menu where it’s a drop down listing the countries where L’azurde country branches exist (For now they are 3: KSA, UAE, Egypt).

- The page shows a pin above the selected country name, and the cities are listed within tabs and on a Google map showing pins on all the cities.

- In each tab there will be: Title Summary text



- The webmaster can only edit the countries’ names - The webmaster can add one image per country (This will appear as a background

for the stores) - The webmaster can add/ edit / delete city branches, where the following fields

should be implemented: City Name (Drop down list predefined and managed in the module) New Store Management

Collections

- Collections section is a primary item in the menu where it’s categorized into Gold, Diamond, and Catalogues.

- In the front-end, the listing jewelries page has filters and sorting options that differ from one collection to another.

- The filters that appear are sub collections implemented by the webmaster - The sorting options differ between Buyable collections and Non-buyable. If the

collection is buyable (For now it’s Dream Collection only) , the sorting options will be:

All (by default) Most Recent Most Popular Price: High to Low Price: Low to High

If the collections are non-buyable, the sorting options will be:

All (by default) By weight (decreasing order) By Popularity

- On mouse hover over each jewelry listing, the Total Weight appears. In case the jewelry relates to a buyable collection (as Dream collection items), then the price appears on mouse hover too.

- Under each of Gold category and Diamond category there is a list of collections:

Sub collection



- Add to Basket: This button appears for the jewelries that relate to buyable collections only. Clicking on “Add to Basket” button increments the Basket icon by one and a text appears including a link to Basket page.

- Add to wishlist button: It adds the jewelry item into wishlist page and the counter over wishlist icon is incremented by one. When this button is clicked, a text appears including a link to Wishlist page similar to Add to Basket button

- The related items are fetched from the database according to the sub collection, and if sub collections do not exist, then they are fetched according to the collection

- In desktop layout, on mouse hover over the jewelry item image the magnifier icon will appear. Whereas, In responsive layout this magnifier icon is replaced by plus and minus icons that allow the pinching to zoom in/out functionalities

The webmaster will have the following journey to implement the collections and their

The webmaster can add / edit / delete collections, sub collections, and jewelry items



ii. Catalogues Sub Module: Other than the homepage, Catalogues can be accessed from the submenu under Collections. Catalogues page includes list of catalogues and each catalogue has: - Title - Upload image - Upload PDF file

The webmaster can add / edit / delete the catalogues



Gold

- Gold Section is accessible from the main menu, where the submenu lists all the collections under Gold section.

- Similar to Gold sub module in Collections module, the webmaster can create collections (In this module, it’s better to label Jewelry Type instead of collections), and can create jewelry items (No need for sub collections management)

- Jewelries in this section do not have filters as there are no sub collections - Sorting options in any of the Gold jewelry types are:

Diamonds

- Diamond Section is accessible from the main menu, where the submenu lists all the collections under Diamond section.

- Similar to Diamond sub module in Collections module, the webmaster can create collections (In this module it’s better to be labelled Jewelry Type instead of collections), and can create jewelry items (No need for sub collections management)

- Jewelries in this section do not have filters as there are no sub collections - Sorting options in any of the Diamond jewelry types are:

Bridal

- Bridal Section is accessible from the main menu, where the submenu lists all the collections under Bridal section.

- Similar to Collection Module, the webmaster can create collections (In this module it’s better to be labelled Jewelry Type instead of collections) ,and can create jewelry items (No need for sub collections management)

- In Bridal section there will be 3 main categories: Gold Sub Module Diamond Sub Module Wedding Bands Sub Module

- In Bridal Gold collections, the only filters that will appear are: All White Gold Sets Yellow Gold Sets 18 K 21 K 24 K

- Sorting options in any of the Bridal Gold jewelry types are: Gold color



Weight Popularity Newest

- In Bridal Diamond collections there will not be any filters - Sorting options in any of the Bridal Diamond jewelry types are:

Classic first Colored Stones first Popularity Newest

- In Bridal Wedding Bands collections there will not be any filters - Sorting options in any of the Diamond Gold collections are:

Men

- Men Section is accessible from the main menu, where the submenu lists all the collections under Men section.

- In Men Section, there will be 5 main categories Misbaha Pens Cufflinks Bracelets Rings

- Similar to Gold module, the webmaster can create Jewelry Type and can create jewelry items

- Sorting options in any of Men Jewelry Types are: Popularity Newest



Gifting

- Gifting Section is accessible from the main menu, where the submenu lists all the collections under Bridal section.

- Similar to Collection Management, the webmaster can create collections (In this module it’s better to be labelled Occasions instead of collections) ,and can create jewelry items (No need for sub collections management)

- In Gifting section there will be many occasions that will appear in the submenu

- When the webmaster create a jewelry item, there should be a drop down box to

specify if the jewelry is Gold or Diamond - In Gifting listing page, the only filters that will appear are:

Jewelry Type (Drop down: Gold or Diamond) Karat (Drop down: All – 14 K - 18 K – 21 K – 22 K – 24 K) Occasions (Drop down listing all the added occasions) Weight (All – Between 10g & 20g - ….- Between 40g & 50g – More than

50g) - Sorting options in any of the Gifting occasions will be:

L’azurde World

L’azurde World is one of the main sections in the Primary menu. In the submenu of this section there’re many pages (About – Heritage – Celebrities Choice – Media Center – Designers – Exchange policy KSA)



i. About L’azurde

- This page is accessed from L’azurde World main menu in the header. It displays four paragraphs where each paragraph consists of Text One image Only the fourth paragraph contains PDF files that appear in the

Assurance Report button.



- The four images are static - In the backend we will have About Us module that includes four paragraphs

where each paragraph includes Title Text area PDF upload(multiple files) only for the fourth paragraph

- The webmaster can only edit texts and titles in each paragraph - The webmaster can add/edit/delete the PDF files shown in the last paragraph

ii. Heritage

- This page is accessed from L’azurde World main menu in the header. It is composed of list of years. Each year includes the following

- The background image is static

- In the backend, we will have Heritage module that includes : Year (text field) Events submodule that includes

o One picture (upload file) o Title o Text area

- The webmaster can add/edit/delete years

- This page is accessed from L’azurde World main menu in the header and it includes the following

- When the user clicks on one of the celebrity section he will be redirected to the celebrity details page that includes the following elements

- This page is accessed from the wishlist icon in the secondary menu, or after clicking on the “Add to Wishlist” button in the Jewelry details of Collections, Gold, Diamonds, Bridal and Gifting sections where in this case the counter of the wishlist icon will be increased by one

- When the counter of the wishlist icon is equal to zero, the wishlist page includes Static text “Return to Home Page” button that leads the user to the homepage



- When the counter of the wishlist icon is not equal to zero, the wishlist page includes
