Project topic: create a complex web server application, including a graphical user interface for user exploitation

Goal: describe a project management solution for an efficient development process regarding resource allocation and time management

CONCLUSIONS

OpenProj is a useful tool for project management.

Easy to define tasks, task dependencies, time limits, working calendar and hours, costs, and allocate resources.

Risks include team changes, incomplete specifications, unforeseen implementation and testing issues.
