1.Annotation

The document describes the use of the "Soft POS MARTA" mobile app (next-the App) in transactions using bank payment cards of the payment system MARTA.UZ and international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, and HUMO» In addition to the Guide to Working with the App, the document includes a description of the App's Personal Account on the online service on the Internet.

2.Terms • The mobile device - a cell phone or tablet running the Android 8.0 operating system and above. • SoftPos – technology of receiving payments through a smartphone, bank cards contactless method. • Application activation - a set of measures that include procedures for downloading encrypted files from a configuration server; entering a password that decrypts configuration files to get bank card payments. • The app's configuration files - encrypted files that contain the information needed to make payments through a payment server. • Financial transactions - transactions using payment cards, in which funds are debited from the card holder's account and deposition into the account of the trading organization (Operation Payment), or vice versa (Operation Return). • Administrative operations - a set of support operations designed to further monitor the correctness of financial transactions.

3.Introduction

The app is running optionally, by NFC reader on smartphones running Android operating systems version not less than 8 version of the firmware, equipped with communication modules GPRS/3G/4G or Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. In the process, the Application exchanges encrypted information with the terminal and the MARTA.UZ service, which in turn interacts with the bank's processing system. The app is distributed through the official Android app stores - Google Play. The app contains all the

necessary system settings for the correct transactions with bank payment cards.

The app supports the following transactions through banking cards of the payment system HUMO and

international payment systems VISA and MasterCard, UnionPay:

- Payment for goods (services);

- Cancellation of payment;

- View the history of operations on this device.

- The closing of the business day takes place automatically.

4. The general description of payment system «MARTA.UZ»

The application is loaded into a mobile device (smartphone, tablet) with the Android operating system

and operates in the "SoftPOS" mode. The mode of operation is carried out at the registration stage.

The operating mode provides for data transfer to the server both via the Internet (GPRS, WiFi, etc.) and

via USSD requests (in the absence of access to the Internet). The app automatically chooses how to

transfer. Data between the app and the server is transmitted only in cryptographic encrypted form.

5. App Installation

To install the "MARTA.UZ" app, you must log into Google PlayMarket using your registered Google

account. Use the search to find an app called "MARTA.UZ" and install it in a mobile device, like a normal

Android app.

5.1 App Activation

To access the App, you must run the App and enter a password of at least 8 characters, which must include at least one digit and one letter upper and lower register in the Latin layout. Next, you'll see the introduction of a pin and numbers for simplified access to “Soft Pos” functionality.

6. Menu of operations

After successful authorization, you go into "PAY" mode; in the top left corner of the app's recommended settings list is based.

10. Operation “History”

To display more detailed information you can choose the operation from the list.

Operation “History” is designed to view the history of operations over a period of time. To see the

story of your work with the app, select needed:

- Period (allows you to choose the interval of payments made).

- The type of history (allows you to choose the results: successful operations, all Operations)

11. Operation “Return”

To make a refund, you need to choose the right payment

operation from the list. Cancellation of a successful

operation is possible through the History of Operations. You

need to select the payment operation you want from the

list. After clicking the "Run" button - «TRANSACTION

RETURN» will send a request for a refunds on the card.

12. Working in a private account

A convenient customer interface with analytics, detailed reports and information on all payments. Order in the personal account of the merchant and the management of the account of the trade organization and service. Registration of administrators of the personal account of the
