1. ACCURACY refers to the exactness and preciseness of the newly developed system. It must perform the specific intended tasks. It also measures the correctness of the system.

ACCURACY EVALUATION CRITERIA 5 4 3 2 1The outputs of the system is free from errorThe computations and calculations are precise and correctAll components of the system execute their intended function correctlyThe data are always up-to-dateAll buttons, menus, links and commands are functioning properly and correctlyThe objective of the system is addressed and achievedThe system ensures correct and accurate input of dataThe system deletes data only when it is permitted and appropriateThe content of the reports generated by the system is correctThe system checks the validity of verifiable dataThe system provides selectable values for data that has definite values to avoid data entry errorsUser access settings is working correctly as defined

2. RELIABILITY refers to the ability of software to perform its intended functions and operations in a system's environment, without experiencing failure (system crash).

RELIABILITY EVALUATION CRITERIA 5 4 3 2 1The program is running free from bugsThe system did not crash or hang while it is runningProcedures that gather data saved it correctly into the databaseProcedures that retrieve data retrieved it correctly from the databaseThe system filters data inputted by the user whenever necessary and possibleThe system does not accept invalid dataThe system notifies the user whenever there is an incomplete data entryData entry not completed due to electrical power loss can be retrieved by the system

3. EFFICIENCY refers to the newly developed system ability to complete the tasks it needs to accomplish while minimizing the utilization of the resources as compared to the existing system

EFFICIENCY EVALUATION CRITERIA 5 4 3 2 1The system minimizes if not totally eliminates the errors in data entry.Less amount of time is used in data inputThe system performs computation fast and efficientRetrieving of data is fast and efficientSearching of data is fast and efficientSaving of data is fast and efficientSystem can be used by multiple usersThe system can improve the service of the unit that will use itThe system achieves the objectives of the studyThe reports are complete and printableThe content of printed reports is correctThe scope of the reports can be specifiedThe system requires less usage of papers/forms to gather dataThe system requires less manpower to accomplish tasks as compared to the existing system

4. SECURITY refers to the ability of the newly developed system to protect itself from unauthorized use or access.

SECURITY EVALUATION CRITERIA 5 4 3 2 1Log-in is required before user can gain access to the systemAccess settings of each user account can be changeAccess settings for each user is functionalUser can change password settingsUser access level can be defined for each usersUser account management is present and functionalRecovery of forgotten password is functionalThe system maintains data of users logged in to the system

5. USABILITY refers to the user-friendliness of the newly developed system meaning the system is easy to learn and remember; visually pleasing and fun to use.

USABILITY EVALUATION CRITERIA 5 4 3 2 1The user interface is easy to understandThe screen layout is easy to understand and interpret. It is easy to navigate through the program. The icons/buttons that are used to assist navigation are clear and intelligibleIt is always clear to the user at which point he has reached in the program.Menus and other features make the program user-friendlyGraphics and media elements make the program more appealingSoftware is usable without reference manual or user help guideInstructions are available on screen and are clearly writtenShortcut keys are available to execute commands fasterThe system provides selectable values for data that has definite valuesUser guide is helpful

6. MAINTAINABILITY addresses the ease of performing maintenance of the data.MAINTAINABILITY EVALUATION CRITERIA 5 4 3 2 1Back up facility successfully backed-up the databaseData restore facility successfully restored database

7. RESPONSIVENESS is about how the software provides timely feedback to users on what it is doing and prioritizes the feedbacks based on human perceptual, motor and cognitive deadlines.

RESPONSIVENESS EVALUATION CRITERIA 5 4 3 2 1The system provides feedback during login and log outThe system provides feedback when data is successfully savedThe system provides feedback when data is successfully deletedThe system provides feedback during invalid entryThe system displays progress bar when there is a big chunk of data to processThe system provides feedback when the user is closing the system
