The Faculty Development Programme aims at faculties who are in industry, research and teaching areas of design and analysis of mechanical engineering field. Participants will be enlightened and encouraged with motivational talks & hands on experience by eminent industry persons. OBJECTIVES OF THE FDP t The FDP is designed to train and develop professionals in their area, so that they can act as Resource persons in guiding and motivating young students. t To expose teaching faculty, research scholars, students and industry persons to the recent development of software's and applications in mechanical engineering field. t Exposure of Mechanical software’s in design and analysis for mechanical engineering applications. t Hands on experience about the use of software’s in mechanical engineering. t Participants will come to know about the utilization of relevant software’s in their research work. TOPICS COVERED IN FDP t FEA application in the Industry. t CFD application in Automobile, aerospace, oil & gas, Medical Industry. t Application of CATIA & UG. t Current developments in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM. t Product design analysis and multiphysics simulation with Alstair Hyperworks.
