The next morning you will wake up having Rhodes, the island of the bold crusading knights, at your feet. Stroll through the medieval heart of the city and excursions to the innumerable treasures of the island. To the southwest, Heraklion of Crete with its Minoan civilization and the fascinating myths will greet you like a lost relative. In the afternoon you will find yourself entering the world famous island caldera of Santoriniwith its dainty villages erected over the red rocks and the sunset tenderly cloaking the sea.
