Society has to be improved before the country will be as good to live in, as it was before the ice age.

Buildings and houses are broken or destroyed.

The remainders of the ice age have taken damage.

The biggest problem is to build it all up again and repair the damages.

The country is in need of a lot of labor, but most of the workers are unskilled.

All the workers and even some of the unskilled workers work to make society recover.

The unskilled workers are getting professional training.

The Norwegian society is weak at this point, and needs help to get back to normal.

How does the Norwegian community deal with all the people that are returning to the country after the ice age?

Much is destroyed in the north of Norway and there is use for a lot of labor there.

Society is strongest in southern Norway.

The country needs to build society up again to be able to take care of the Norwegian inhabitants.

Institutions like hospitals, fire stations, schools and homes are first priority, because they are indispensable.

All the citizens have rights and there are certain demands a country has to fulfil.

So the politicians work as hard as they can.

Families often move together, because access to energy and heat is not the same as before.

The resources that are needed in Norway are exploited as much as possible. The Norwegian community will improve but to build up a whole country will take some time.

Who gets permission to come into Norway? In 2037 life will be difficult

even if the situation gets better.

Norwegian people who had property in Norway would try to move back, but they can`t get hold of what they own.

Condemnation must be fair and equal with each other in the situation now.

It is not clear if all the ice has melted, and there is no point to take the immigrants to Norway.

Nevertheless, we cannot keep everyone out, we need to accept international aid from other countries, such as the United States, England etc…We can then start oil production, the technology may develop, and we can get new equipment and tools that will keep the economy up.

Does everybody get their belonging?

In the Year 2037, when the ice has retreated, people began moving back to Norway. But the big question is: Who has the right to owning any property in Norway?

The solution for this problem was to just start over again, the country didn’t look like it looked before because of the glaciers, so the only solution was to split the properties equally between the

people.

Do they all get permission to come here?

There have been immigrants in Norway for a very long time. After the ice age in Norway, Norwegian laws have become stricter concerning immigrants.

The reason for this is that the country was completely destroyed, and with immigrants at the same time it is very difficult to take care of all inhabitants.

That’s why it is hard for Norwegians to deal with the immigrants at this difficult time.

Every Norwegian citizen has the right of state and is allowed to return to the country.

Immigrants are allowed in Norway after a long period that has given the state time to "clean up" and establish a new Norway after the Ice Age.

We don’t think it is a problem at all for the community, but the fact is that it would be much harder to have immigrants here at the same time as the country is starting to "work" and be better after the ice age.

How is the relationship with the Sami when the Norwegians return? The Sami use almost all their land

as grazing land for the reindeer. When the refugees attempt to move back they destroy the land. When too many people immigrate, the Sami infrastructure is destroyed, the Sami react with anger, as they had built a better society and when the refugees move back, they destroy it. There isn’t enough room for everybody, the Sami try to fight the intruders, but in the end they give up, and the Sami are assimilated to the rest of the population.
