3. Social Loafing (Chapter 1) The work had been divided to each group member. We felt that group assignment was more relax when compare to individual assignment because we only need to do a part of the work.

4. Confirmation Bias (Chapter 4) Student B thinks that Joel is lazy and not capable. Then, B decided to find the evidence to proof that his hypothesis about Joel is true.

5. Impression Management – Ingratiation (Chapter 2) To get a higher mark for the group assignment, the group started to ingratiate themselves to the lecturer (character 1) by flattering and brought drinks to the lecturer during tutorial section.

At last, our group got the highest mark in the class for this final project. Everyone in the group felt happy and satisfy with it.
