Introduction The website BE FRIENDS will be used to connect the

people in a very easy, simple and efficient way and one canshare their feeling, information, ideas..and many more,

the services offered to an individuals choice(s) andavailability for making friends among various areas anddestinations. A log concerning the registration andrequests for friends and various other features by users are

also maintained. The website will also provide benefits toverified user(s).

The website, according to the following proposed solution,will simply connecting people s thereby converging theworld into a small system.

Feasibility Study Technical Analysis:

To develop this social networking website we need some programmers.

It need maximum 2-3 peoples who have good knowledge in visual studio, SQLServer.

Financial Analysis: To develop this website we need some Hardware & Software equipments.

Software Equipments:

Any Operating System

Visual Studio,

MS SQL Server , etc.

Hardware Equipments:

Monitor

Graphics Card, etc.

Modules The software has different modules which help it to achieve its

objectives, those are: REGISTER TO BE A MEMBER: A person can register by giving the

required information.

PROFILE: Logged users can see their details and if they wish to changeany of their information they can edit it. PROFILE EDIT: Logged user can edit profile picture, share videos etc. FRIENDZ: Logged users can see their friend list and if they wish to add

friendz. SCRAPBOOK: This module enables the user to send the scarps to their

friendz. TESTIMONIAL: This module enables the user to send the testimonial

to their friendz. PHOTO GALLERY: This module enables the user to upload the photos

to their photo gallery and maintain their album.

Performance is high. Reduces the effort and time in gathering the

information about the users.

Provides a complete record of all the available vehicles

User Interfaces The application will have a user friendly and menu based interface. Following

screens would be provided: - A Main screen (Home Page) containing a brief introduction of pooling and

facilities. - A Login screen for entering the user name and password will be provided. -There will also be an option for displaying the information regarding the

entries according to the date and desired timing. -There will also be a page for users to enter their preferences and select

location, date and time. -A registration page would also be added to register vehicle for pooling by the

users.

-A site map would be provided in our website for easier navigation through thepages -A page describing the vehicles available and their different locations will also

be provided.

HARDWARE INTERFACES

1-Screen resolution of at least 1024 x 760 required forproper and complete viewing of screens. Higherresolutions would not be a problem.

2-Network connection is required.

3-A minimum speed of 64kbps is required.

1-Any windows based operating system (Windows98/2000/XP/VISTA/7.0).

2-SQL server 2008/2005 as the DBMS for database. 3-VISUAL STUDIO 2010/2008 for coding and

designing the website.

by the developing team for developing the website.

CONCLUSION This project is designed to meet the requirements of Social

Networking Site. It has been developed in ASP.NETkeeping in mind the specification of the system.

For designing the system we have used simple data flowdiagrams.

Overall the project teaches us the essential skills like:

1) Using system analysis and design techniques like dataflow diagram designing the system.

2) Understanding the database handling.

3) Understanding and applying the logic required for thepooling process.
