description

ocial media, including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, is changing the way we communicate, share ideas, and build networks. By exploiting the power and popularity of these tools, we can provide students an enhanced learning experience. This session will focus on how social media can be used in education, both inside and outside the classroom. More specifically, we will offer real-life, tried-and-true examples to demonstrate social media's ability to increase course communication and collaboration; create engaging learning activities; enhance the student experience (e.g. satisfaction); and improve student learning and performance.
