Enabling effective communication and sharing of ideas and best practices within a large organization can be a challenge. As Part of Sprinklr's Social @ Scale event, 8 April 2014, I was asked to share how we tackled it at EY. I shared the story of how I introduced our Social Media Network, and how we continue to use it to share with and learn from a community of 650+ professionals with an active interest in the topic.
