An additional 144 250W tunnel lights replaced with 75W LED tunnel lights and additional new locations totaling 2,496 21W LED Street Lights. The second part of the project is an island wide security network, consisting of approximately 1,000 cameras. Scope of Construction Works Install 24,640 LED Street Lights and up 1,000 CCTV cameras in 300 locations Description of the Construction (Disturbance) Footprint All works to be performed one the road/ kerbside. Existing Streetlight poles will remain in place and be the icing point for the new LED Retrofit heads Timing of Works Project is due to start in Feb 2021, with 1,000 Pieces. The bulk of the project will start in June/ May 2021 and take 6 months to complete. Section3'sResponse Introduction

Due to the nature of the site being island wide, there will be no overall site plan. Instead KLED will use the "pole" as a site for future reference.Jeffrey Ogden will be responsible for recording incidents involving the public or workforce. Incidents will be reported weekly in line with the KPIs.During the employee induction, all new employees will be trained to LUCELEC health and safety standards. This will be recored with Form 1.Public complaints will be recorded on Form 3 and escalated or dealt with according to the managers priority and severeness of the complaint.

Public and Worker incidents

All incidents shall be reported to Jeffrey Ogden via the new Website on www.KLED.lc. Form 3 shall be filled out by the public. Notices of weekly incidence shall be displayed on Islandwide's premises to help ensure awareness. Possible risks include antisocial noise, waste from work crews, poor working conditions. These will be details in the Ongoing risks assessment. Workers complaints will be dealt with using form 3
