PROFILO PROFESSIONALE La figura professionale del Social Innovator è

caratterizzata da una spiccata propensione all’auto-

imprenditorialità. Utilizza con efficacia tecniche di

marketing e di progettazione in ambito sociale e conosce

approfonditamente le modalità e gli strumenti per il

sostegno e lo sviluppo di un progetto. É in grado di

applicare metodologie e processi innovativi come,

ad esempio, il Design Thinking Approach e il modello

Lean Startup. I Social Innovator possiedono capacità

e competenze utili a rispondere alle esigenze delle

istituzioni e delle aziende che decidono di intraprendere

un percorso di “riprogettazione” in chiave sociale e

partecipativa. SoJuEn nasce con la volontà di creare

un nuovo team di Social Innovator attivi sul territorio

locale e in grado di soddisfare i bisogni sociali emergenti

applicando metodologie e strumenti innovativi.

BANDO PER 12 BORSE DI STUDIOL’obiettivo del progetto è formare nuove figure professionali specializzate nel campo

dell’innovazione sociale. Gli strumenti e le competenze apprese saranno applicate

nella prototipazione di due progetti di social innovation a favore del territorio e della

cittadinanza.

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR 12 SCHOLARSHIPSThe aim of the project is to train new professional

profiles specialized in Social Innovation. The tools and

competences acquired during the programme will bring

to the creation of two socially innovative prototypes /

project ideas useful to the local territory and citizenship.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE The professional figure of the Social Innovator

is characterized by a strong inclination to self-

entrepreneurship. He/she uses effective marketing

strategies and project management tecniques in

the social field and masters the methods and tools

necessary to support and develop a project. He/she is

able to implement innovative methodologies such as

Design Thinking and Lean Startup. Social Innovators

have skills and competences useful to find solutions

for the needs of institutions and enterprises who are

willing to develop projects in the social and active

participation fields. SoJuEn springs from the will to

create a new team of Social Innovators active in the

local territory and able to meet the emerging social

needs with innovative methodologies and tools.
