Written

Verbal Feedback - is when the teacher or coachspeaks to an athlete guiding them with effectiveinformation about their performance.

Visual Feedback – is when the athlete is shown a video and

can view their performance to compare it against a modelperformer.

Written Feedback – is when the athlete receivesinformation from coach i.e diagram of set play,tactics or change in training schedule.

It may also come in the form of observationschedules / match analysis sheets.

Internal Feedback is what you feel during or after

a performance.
