Situation of youth

• Many of them are enrolled in higher education (BA, MA), but finding a proper job is very difficult - there is a huge gap between the educational possibilities and the needs of the labour market

• The relationships between the different ethnical groups need improvement – mutual acceptance and respect need more emphasis also the promotion of multiculturality

2015 Cluj- Napoca, European Youth Capital

• www.cluj2015.eu• Great many events are being organised by and

for youth: concerts, workshops, campaigns, training sessions, discussions, flashmobs, all kinds of manifestations

• But, there are still far more concerts and entertaining events, than educational, motivational ones, which address the problems of the local youth and society
