Adoption IndexRelative Advantage (x1.5)The degree to which an innovation is perceived as better than the idea it supersedes. The degree of relative advantage may be measured in economic terms, but social prestige factors, convenience, and satisfaction are also important factors.

Compatibility (x1.5)The degree to which an

innovation is perceived as being consistent with the

existing values, past experiences, and needs of

potential adopters.

Complexity (x1)The degree to which an

innovation is perceived as difficult to understand and

use.

Trialability (x1)The degree to which an

innovation may be experimented with on a

limited basis.

Observability (x1)The degree to which the

results of an innovation are visible to others. The easier it is for individuals to see the results of an innovation, the

more likely they are to adopt.

Sustaining Adoption Index for XXXXXXRelative Advantage - 2

Good for quick questions to a shallow pool of people. Desktop app is limiting in

amount of info that can be exchanged. Web version is

rarely used.

Compatibility - 1Not compatible with getting

real work done except in rare circumstances. Adds

another tool to use instead of replacing.

Complexity- 1Although easy to use, it is

difficult to understand how to use in within the everyday workflow with

team members.

Trialability- 1Although easy to try

individually, trying with others is difficult because not

everyone will use and monitor.

Observability - 1Because of its difficulty in

fitting into the workflow, not many instances are

observed.

Total Score - WEAK
