Should have access to all of my old files

Files should be backed up both locally and remotely

Move all of the data I think I will need to the new computer

Using a manual procedure

Or Free Software

If you forget something, simply attach the USB drive or hard drive and copy over the missing data

In my last migration to a new computer I never had to use the backup once!
