DENR Special Order No. 2008 - 470

SUBJECF: AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCI' OF THE DENREU NATIONAL CONVENTION ON JULY 23-25,2008 IN SAN MATEO, RIZAL

In the interest of the service and in order for the DENR Employees Union to assess and evaluate the implementation of the Collective Negotiations Agreement, the conduct of the DlWREUNationaZ Convention to be held at the Ciudad Christhia Resort, San Mateo, Rizal on July 23-25,2008 is hereby authorized.

The followingare authorized to attend the convention:

I. All Board of Directors, DENREU Central Office

2. All Presidents plus one representative each from the regional offices, bureaus and attached agencies

3. All former Board of Directors, DENREU Central Office

4. One representative from the HRDS

All participants shall charge their registration fee in the amount of Pq,ooo.oo each to their respective office funds. Transportation expenses shall likewise be chargeable against funds of their respective offices, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

This Order takes effect on the dates specified.
