BAR OPTION 1 - CASH
We will set-up a bar and sell drinks to your guests. Our standard bar menu is listed below and will be stocked with basic mixers. We would be happy to include any item not listed below at your request as long as it is a normally stocked item. If you would like us to bring in special order items, we will accommodate however you will be obligated to cover any costs associated with a special order. A set-up fee will apply to all cash bars.

BAR OPTION 2 - HOSTED OR PARTIALLY HOSTED
We will set-up our standard bar but you will host all or a set amount of the sales of the bar. If you host $1000, the set-up fee will be waived. If you choose to host just a portion of the bar, once that amount has been reached it will convert to a cash bar.
BAR OPTION 3 - CUSTOM
Our beverage manager will consult with the client and establish a custom bar menu that will be tailored to the client's tastes and desires. We will establish how many drinks are needed for the duration of the event and be able deliver a set cost up front. Custom bars have the benefit of quicker service, better guest satisfaction and added options like custom menus, signature cocktails and specific selections at a better value. A bar consultation takes about 30 minutes and can be done without any obligation.
BARTENDER & WAIT STAFF SERVICE
All Snowbasin Resort bartenders and wait staff are experienced and qualified. One bartender can efficiently serve 75 guests. The service charge covers all staffing including wait staff, bartenders, set-up, breakdown, housekeeping and security.
DISCLAIMER
No alcohol is allowed to leave the event with any guest, open or not. Guests are not allowed to supply or ‘‘brown bag’’ any alcoholic beverages on Snowbasin Resort property regardless of whether there is alcohol service or not. All liquor laws of the state of Utah must be adhered to at all times without exception. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension of bar service. Guests must be 21 years of age and have proper identification to consume alcohol in the state of Utah.

ENTERTAINMENT BOOKING:
Snowbasin Resort is a professional entertainment provider with relationships with some of the largest agencies in both the music and full entertainment industry around the globe and in our own backyard. Snowbasin Resort also provides state-of-the-art equipment that our technicians are adept at using to deliver a wide variety of entertainment options. As such, we have outlined some other products, services and fees to help make your event the best it can be without taking any important time away from you and your guests. As industry pros, we understand the language of this industry and how to get the best rates for artists – so please consider these services when planning your event.
BAND BOOKING FEES:Local Artists: $400
International Touring Artists: Starts at $1000. Call for quote.
Specific Artist Requests: $500 and above. Advise as to which artist you wish to book.
DJ BOOKING FEES:Local Artists: $250
International Artists: $750 and above. Call for quote.
OTHER ENTERTAINMENT:Magicians, Dancers, Costumed Hosts, Role Players, Paid Models, etc: $350 (for local artists)
International Entertainers or Out of Town: $750 and above. Call for quote.
If hiring an entertainer or a musician, it is customary to provide their food, catering and lodging, all of which can be added to your bill. It is also up to the client to fulfill their rider both technical and hospitality. Snowbasin Resort can help arrange any of these things for your simplicity and ease.
If booking an outside entertainer on your own, Snowbasin Resort will require a $125 fee if a hired DJ is not using our system, and a $250 fee if a band is not using our equipment. Our equipment is designed for the best sound possible in our spaces and we cannot guarantee how well other equipment will sound. If you rent our equipment, we will guarantee our service and the quality of sound and presentation. In our experience, many entertainers do not bring everything they need to facilitate great sound and visual presentation, and they often end up borrowing our equipment which will be added to your bill at the à la carte rate.

We believe that all of the details that add to the look, tone, feel, and professionalism of your event are an indispensable part of a truly great experience. Snowbasin Resort has spared no expense in making the appropriate investments to ensure that your event not only tastes great, but also looks great and sounds great. GROUP RECREATIONSummer Activities
DISC GOLFDisc golf is a fun, low-key sport that brings everyone together. In this two-hour activity, you will learn the basic techniques of throwing a disk, get oriented to the disc golf course and the rules of the game, then play a tournament with your group. Various prize packages are available for participants or provide your own prizes to the winners of the tournament.
GUIDED NATURE HIKESHike the trails in and around Snowbasin Resort, a true gem of the Wasatch Mountains. On your naturalist-led, custom guided tour, your group can explore the plants, animals and geology of the mountain, and enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. We can tailor your hike to the needs of your group: from a short, easy stroll through the woods to a half-day hike along Snowbasin Resort’s ridgeline.
MOUNTAIN BIKING TOURSThe possibilities for mountain biking are endless on Snowbasin Resort’s 25 miles of trails. This program is available to anyone who can ride a bicycle; beginner riders can learn the basics of riding on a trail, experienced riders can hire a guide to show them around the mountain, or your group can explore the trails on your own. Guided rides are organized according to ability level, with up to 8 riders in each group. Mountain bikes and helmets are available to rent. Helmets are required on all guided rides.
LAWN GAMESChoose between volleyball, badminton, cornhole, bocce ball, and ladder golf for some laidback lawn fun with your group. Play the games on your own, or hire a Snowbasin Resort guide to add some spark by organizing the competition, complete with bragging rights and prizes.
TEAM-BUILDING PROGRAMBook Snowbasin Resort’s team-building program to strengthen camaraderie and trust amongst your group. We’ll start out with a get-to-know-you game, complete physical and/or mental challenges, and end with a small-group team-building competition. Various prize packages are available for participants, or provide your own prizes to the winners of the final competition.
GEO-CACHING ADVENTURESGeo-caching is a high-tech scavenger hunt that will show you Snowbasin Resort in a whole new way. Learn the basics of this fun recreational activity then split into groups to find some of the many geo-caches hidden around the mountain. We will provide a few GPS units, but more fun will be had by all if participants bring a GPS-enabled smart phone.
