SMURF-TASTIC MAGICAL PARIS In the Smurfs’ latest blockbuster adventure they must work together
to rescue Smurfette from the clutches of the evil Gargamel in the
heart of Paris. On this two night Parisian adventure, your Smurf-tastic
family must combine all their Smurf knowledge to thwart Gargamel
and find Smurfette. They’ll do this by following clues to some of
Paris’ most iconic sights before finishing the evening with a
spectacular magical performance in which Smurfette will make a very
special appearance!
This adventure starts at the iconic Eiffel Tower, where the family must
climb to the top of Paris’ most famous structure to search for their
first clue! After enjoying the breath-taking views and securing their
clue, it’s time to head to the world’s biggest hot air balloon . This
modern tethered hot-air balloon, situated in the Parc André-Citroën
on the banks of the Seine will fly 150m up in the air to give a bird’s
eye view of the city and provide the perfect vantage point to find the
next clue to the whereabouts of Smurfette ….
After this incredible sight-seeing adventure around Paris, the family
will be lead to a once-in-a-lifetime magic show where if they have
followed all their clues correctly Smurfette will appear! A spectacular
magic dinner and show followed by a private magic lesson for the
children in which Smurfette will magically appear with a swoosh of
the magician’s wand! With more magic to come the whole family
(including a recently rescued Smurfette) can sit back and enjoy the
Smurf-tacular show!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Winners under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18
• A family of 4 consists of 2 adults & 2 children aged 11 years old or under on the dates of travel
• Accommodation is based on a family of 4 sharing a family room • Specified accommodation, restaurants & tours are subject to availability at the
time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability • Individual supplier terms & conditions apply • Winners should allow up to 30 days for their prize to be confirmed • All flights, unless stated, are non-changeable & non-transferable • Once a booking is confirmed, any name or date changes must be made in
writing • Where name or date changes are possible they will incur an administration
charge of £25 per change plus any supplier costs incurred by IMS Limited • Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, new year, valentine’s day, award

• No cash or other alternatives will be offered in place of specified prizes but IMS Limited reserves the right to change prizes without liability
• In the first instance a translator will contact each winner by phone in their home language, within 7 days of IMS Limited receiving a completed ‘Winner Information Form’. Vouchers, tours & activity information from external suppliers will not be translated in full by IMS Limited. However, each winner will receive a final letter in their home language detailing the key trip information. Some activities may need a good level of communication in English, in order to take part. This is due to health & safety requirements. If necessary IMS Limited will suggest suitable alternative activities

This is our process:
1. An initial welcome phone call is made to the winner with an interpreter
already on line . This call will be made on receipt of the winner’s
contact details and notification of the language they require
2. Should the winner wish to speak to us after the initial phone call with
any further questions about their prize, they can email their prize co-
ordinator with their preferred time and contact number. We will then call
the winner at their requested time (wherever possible) with an
interpreter
This allows winners to communicate with us within our UK office hours
9:30am – 5:30pm. Phone calls outside of these times can be organised
