Initial SMRR submittals require only Immediate Cause and immediate Correction (Ref. SQR-003). Complete Cause and Corrective Action must be available for review upon request.


Add Multiple Defects & Attachments

Must select OK to move to next screen for adding attachments


Adding Attachments

Only BMP, GIF, JPG or PDF can be attached. File size is limited to 1 Meg.

Only Appears after clicking on finish, then OK on “About to Submit” Dialog Box


Search Functions

If you know the tag number you are looking for enter the tag and click the “load” button.

Click on “search” will bring up all tags.
