Your Life
It isn’t with joy that I recall my childhood days. And you could be wondering why but so you know my dad was a drunkard and that’s not all, he was always in and out of rehab because of substance abuse.
But anyway that’s a topic for another day. Today am here to tell you one more thing about my dad, my dad was a smoker. And no single day ever passed without my dad taking a puff.
It is this act that never got me along with my dad. Ideally there is no day that we ever shared a room. The simple thought of cigarette smokes, tobacco smells and chocking air always stopped me on my tracks. And my love for him waned every passing day.
So don’t you think that smoking isn’t cool? We’ll probably many people have gone through what I did in my childhood days but the truth is, smoking has far reaching disadvantages than just the loss of family love. Here are but a few others.
• Like they say smoking kills. • It lowers your immunity.• Leaves you prone to chronic diseases, heart
conditions, and cancer.• It keeps your environment dirty and denies you of
fresh breath.
So what should you do to keep safe from smoking? Simply quit. You see, if you completely stop smoking and find the best hypnotherapy, you will have all the benefits to enjoy and a lot of money to save. And who doesn’t want to save money anyway.
However when it comes down to quitting smoking now that could be your greatest challenge yet. Unlike beginning to puff that comes easy, quitting is ideally the most difficult thing to do, trust me when I say this. I saw it with my dad.
First, you will have nicotine withdrawal symptoms to deal with. Oh, sorry I forgot to mention. Nicotine is the addictive substance in tobacco, the one that chains you down to smoking.
• Again, you will have the smoking triggers to avoid. These are stuff that will prompt you to crave for a puff. They include alcohol, a few smoking friend and probably idleness or depression.
• In addition to that, you will need to find the perfect way to address the excessive body weight that you might gain due to quitting.
And while all these might look easy, it is never the case, so be prepared. Yet that is not what worries me. Tell you something, it is finding the right quit smoking method that scares me to death.
In fact my dad battle with it for sixteen years before he finally settled down on an ideal quit smoking hypnosis. And while you might not be lucky to brave lung cancer like he did, you would be wishing to find such hypnosis too.
Conclusion • What saved my dad through his last eight months
