Smoking isn’t cool; it makes your body sick and it can hurt other people too.

Sometimes it’s really hard to stop.

What do you think you can do to help people stop?- if someone is trying to stop, tell them you think they are doing a great thing!- help keep their mind off of cigarettes; talk to them, play games with them(some people keep smoking because they’re bored!)

The MOST important things to know about smoking:

Smoking is not cool. It makes you smell, it makes your body sick, and it is really really hard to stop smoking…

SO DON’T EVEN START! It is really important to say “NO” if anyone

ever tries to get you to smoke. One of the best things you can do is to

never start smoking! Keep your bodies healthy!

It IS cool to NOT smoke!
