Full Service• Server(s) will deliver and professionally set up and decorate your buffet with all

service items & utensils needed, inside or outside, so you can enjoy your guests! They will keep all the food freshly stocked, pipin’ hot, and describe the different menu items. When everyone is full, we package any leftovers, and clean up the buffet and surroundings.

• On Smoked BBQ Packages— A minimum fee of $200 includes one server. Additional servers are recommended for over 75 guests, and are $50 per hour per server. Food service from 1 to 1½ hours.

• On Backyard Grilling Packages—A fee of $400 includes one Grill Master, one Server and Grill. Food service from 1 to 1½ hours.

• For weddings, server fees vary depending on menu, services & duties requested.

• Warming pans provided along with plates, flatware, napkins & serving utensils with all Full Service catering packages.

• An administration & equipment fee will be added along with state & local tax. This fee does not represent a tip or service charge for waitstaff employees, service employees or cooks.

• Minimum delivery charge is $35. (additional charge may apply, depending on distance)

• Please provide adequate tables on a level surface for us to set up your buffet.

• China, linens, tents, tables, and chairs can be coordinated for rental.

SERVICE OPTIONS

We will deliver true southern style BBQ with all the Fixin’s so you can relax & enjoy your party, whether you’re hosting 25 or 1000 guests.

buffet with plates, flatware, napkins and serving utensils — inside or outside.

• Minimum delivery charge is $35. (additional charge may apply, depending on distance)

• Gratuity for a job well done not included.

• Warming pans recommended (additional charge of $12.00 each, quantity will vary).

• Please provide adequate tables on a level surface for us to set up your buffet.

Pick Up• Any catering order may

be picked up in our Rowley location. Plates, flatware, serving utensils included. Warming pans are not included.

So that we may better serve you, we ask that you place catering orders 48 hours in advance, however we will do our best to accommodate orders on shorter notice.
