EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Prepared six magazines articles for company drilling quarterly magazine. Develop Area Safety Manager Program for Drilling Operations Assist to develop drilling division Facility Response Plan for Drilling
Operations and Site Specific Safety Plan template.
SPECIAL RECOGNITION RECEIVED
Named as Partner of the Month on two occasions for drilling division for my magazine articles as well as my increased presence during rig moves to better assure that safety is played as key issue by all assigned.
Received a performance rating of M (meeting expectations), four times and E exceeding expectations) rating three times from 2006 through 2014. In 2009, I received an “O” as an outstanding performer.
Received an award from parent company Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) for my contribution with team to develop weekly HSE workshops held twice a year per rig for the drilling operations. Through these workshops the rate of accidents fell as well as Lost Time Incidents, which save the company funds.
