Description: Production of stainless steel with new approaches to the mechanisms of metal reduction. The technology allows to adjust and limit the carburizing processes of metal during high temperature metals recovery carbon - without agglomeration, blast furnace, etc.

Advantages: Nowadays, world technology of production of steel is multi-stage and consists of 4-5 large disparate units. The developed high technology is carried out continuously, starting from ore processing and smelting of fuel to the final product - production of steel - are excludes travel costs between units, reduces waste of materials and energy by 90% and 40%.

Effectiveness: Currently in Kazakhstan imported 300 thousand tons/year of structural steel per year. The implementation of technology "Taraz process" provides complete import substitution, high quality steel with no additives expensive ferroalloys by adjusting the composition of the starting material at a cost of $ 380-400/t and the market value of $ 670-700/t Creation of industrial production capacity of 300 thousand tons / year provides a net profit of U.S. $ 90 mln per year.

Additional Information: Stages of R&D of innovative project successfully completed. Pilot production units, high-tech manufacturing processes of structural and tool steels will be set up in a short time.

Current Status: Published 4 scientific papers in international journals, received information about the interest of foreign companies from Ukraine, USA.
