Client with the Bank, (ii) payment instruments in the form of cheques, drafts, money orders, cashiers order or other similarinstrument, (iii) confirmations of Transactions (iv) instructions in writing in respect of the settlement or performance of

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Approving Signatories as listed in Part A of the Schedule to this Mandate andthe Authorised Signatories as listed in Part B of the Schedule to this Mandate may appoint any affiliated company of the Client (orits representative) as the agent of the Client for the purposes of any netting, aggregation or pooling arrangement (whether notionalor actual) with the Bank to which the Client is a party with the power to instruct the Bank to apply balances on the Clients accountsand to apportion interest as calculated in accordance with such arrangements between the Client and its affiliates participatingtherein. 5.
