SmartWitness is the Vehicle CCTV and Safety Systems division of Y3K, a global manufacturer and distributor of Professional CCTV Systems. At SmartWitness we concentrate solely on the design, manufacture and supply of Vehicle CCTV and Safety Systems.

After property, vehicles are normally the most expensive asset an individual or business will own or operate. Yet whilst properties have an extensive collection of safety equipment installed, such as Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms and CCTV systems, vehicles have been largely ignored until now. Our class leading vehicle equipment has produced exceptional results for our clients and provides solutions that undeniably redefine the way vehicle risk is analysed.

Our first product, the Vehicle Accident Camera, was developed and launched in 2007 exclusively for the Japanese government for use in their Taxis and Vehicles across the country. Even today that camera, the SVC100GPS, with continual upgrades to firmware, software and components ensures that it remains miles ahead of the competition.
