M = Measurable. This can be in stages but you
need to know when you've arrived – an end point.
Measurable. A measurable criteria helps you determine if the goal has been completed. This can be stated as a number (5 ideas, 10% gain, one decision) or as an achievement (Did I write a document or not?).

Achievable. Goals must be agreed upon in order for the resources and time to be made available.
