The Dashboard is the landing page where the girl will go each time she logs in. This top half of the Dashboard shows a snapshot of her progress and a list of links she can click to move through her account. To the right of the Dashboard is where the girl will enter her sales goals, in packages, in the “My Goal” field. She can change her goal by entering the new number in the field then clicking on the “refresh” button next to the package goal number. The incentives earned will show as the girl progresses through the sale. Key sales performance data is also displayed.

Transfers –cookies received from the troop or other girls, including the first initial order (we don’t use the initial order spot) Booth Sales – what has been sold at booth events and credited to the girl. Cookie Share–represents the number of packages of sales designated for donations to the military. Smart Cookies Direct Ship –packages sold through online ordering by either: The Direct Ship online e-card invitations, the Smart Cookie Mobile App, or through the girl’s personal URL link. Girl Delivery –packages that have been ordered through either: The girl delivery online e-card invitations, the Smart Cookie Mobile App or any door to door sales. The Troop’s Progress – sliding scale to show the sales progress of the entire troop throughout the cookie sale. Top Sellers within the Troop – shows sale leaders within the troop. My Virtual Badges - Girls learn the 5 key skills which are linked to specific sale activities. These are different than the badges earned that go on a vest/sash/tunic!

Girls Dashboard - My Troop

The “Troop Page” shows your troop number and all registered girls within the troop. The sliding scale provides the troop’s goal and the combination of all the girls’ progress throughout the cookie season. Girls and volunteers can send Cheers and Messages to each other by clicking on “Send a Cheer” under the girl’s name.

The “My Skills” page suggests activities that will help a girl work on building selected skills and earn virtual cookie badges related to the 5 key skills. The girl checks the box next to the activity she wants to participate for skill improvement. After she completes the activity, the troop volunteer can approve it and the virtual badge will appear under the ‘My Virtual Badges” area.

Girls can also choose to “Add a Custom Activity” by selecting the skill type and filling in the activity description. The custom activity will be added with the other skills. Helpful Hint: The girls can work together and practice their Decision Making skills by creating custom skills together!
