Key Learnings

Inspiration

Being inspired from other sources while writing our TOR can meet only 40-50% of our requirements.

Feedback

Continuous feedback from internal & external stakeholders such as departments within & outside the organization, 3rd party vendors, OEMs etc. during finalization of RFP through regular workshops, meetings and discussions.

Involvement

Involvement of stakeholders in all phases including Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Go-Live.

Integration

Integration of any existing IT systems into the smart city solution should be meticulously planned and incorporated in the scope of work.

Single Window for the State

Integration with the existing e-governance solutions of other departments of the State such as CHiPS, Town & Country Planning, CSEB , CSIDC should be envisioned and incorporated in the scope of work.
