Writing on the SMART Board

• Pick up pen

• Firm and consistent, hand not touching board

• Touch control returns when pen is back in tray

• Return pen to tray without saving what you wrote, it will disappear on next touch

Erasing & …

• Pick up eraser

• Whiteboard recognizes last tool you picked up, so you can keep pen in your hand as you erase

• With pen or eraser in your hand, you can use your hand to write or erase
