Banque Carnegie Luxembourg An exclusive private bank with a low risk profile focused on international asset management. It operates as a subsidiary of Carnegie Investment Bank. Banque Delen Luxembourg A specialist in asset management, and in particular private asset management. It operates as a subsidiary of Bank Delen (Belgium). In 2010, Bank Delen is awarded the designation Best Private Bank in Belgium by Euromoney. Banque de Luxembourg Founded in 1920, it is one of the most important financial organizations in Luxembourg. BGL BNP Paribas A Luxembourg bank founded in 1919. Since 2009, it has been a member of the BNP Paribas group. BGL BNP Paribas is the second-largest bank for individual customers in Luxembourg. Central Bank of Luxembourg (Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL)) was established on April 22, 1998. The State of Luxembourg is the sole shareholder of the BCL's capital for an amount of 175 million euro. It is part of the European System of Central Banks. Commerzbank International S.A. M.M.Warburg Bank Luxembourg advises and provides operational support to both private and institutional clients. The company was established in 1973. Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. (also referred to as NBL) A subsidiary of Nomura Europe Holdings plc, United Kingdom. The company was founded on February 2, 1990. Mr. Nakada Masafumi is the Chairman of the Bank. Nordea Bank S.A. The leading Nordic pan-European banking entity in Luxembourg and Switzerland. The Bank specializes in private banking, fund distribution and fund management services.   • All the banks under Luxembourg law and, if they are not included in a supervision carried out by a foreign authority based on compliance with standards offering guarantees comparable to those enforced in Luxembourg, branches of non-EU banks must permanently have eligible own funds at least equal to the global capital requirement for credit risk, exchange-rate risk and market risks (including notably interest-rate risk, risk of price variation of title deeds, settlement-delivery and counterparty risk). This requirement is stated by means of a ratio and must be at least 8%.
