FOOD (BREAKFAST, SNACKS)

74% eat breakfast – we all should eat it.

Most of us eat bread, fruit and cereals. A few of us eat porridge, oatmeal,

meat… We prepare breakfast by ourselves. Snacks are quite healthy. Most of us eat

bread, sandwich, fruit and vegetables. A few of us eat chocolate bars, pastries, potato chips.

FOOD (LUNCH, DINNER)

We usually have lunch at home after one o’clock.

Family members prepare our meals. We eat a lot of vegetables, pasta, rice… We eat too much fried food! Instead of fried food we should eat cooked

or boiled food. We mostly drink water, fruit juices and

syrups.

SPORT AND FREE TIME Our favourite sports are: football,

basketball, running, volleyball, cycling, roller skating.

We practise sport at least 2 hours per week.

More than half of students spend three to four hours in front of TV and computer a day.

Most students come to school by bus. The students who live near school

should come to school on foot or by bike.

PLAN OF IMPROVEMENTIn our opinion, we have quite a healthy

lifestyle but there are still some things we should improve:

All students should eat breakfast. We should prepare food in a healthier

way. We should limit the time of watching TV

and using computer (games, internet, facebook…)

We should encourage walking and riding a bike to school.
