Intro

As your skills advance, usual monsters die faster and faster. Around 50/50 you should move on to Slimes. They can clone themselves so you have an unlimited supply of monsters available. Unfortunately they don't usually spawn near the water on facc so you'll need to get your food in advance there.

They can destroy parcels so not every spawn will work as a training spot. Most of the easily accessible Slime spawns however have a square particularly designed for training. This is how your training looks like:

Cloning

How does the cloning work? Slime has the ability to summon Slimes. There is always one "mother" Slime that summons all the rest. This gives the illusion of Slimes cloning, while in reality they all come from one.

The simplest way to recognize the main Slime is to watch for the usual blue sparks when new summon is created. The Slime that casted summoning spells will have blue sparks around itself, the spell casting animation.

Hit the "mother" with full def to mark it. This way you will always know which is the main one. Remember not to kill it or all other Slimes will die. Lure it to the spot where only two Slimes at once can kill you.

Slime's damage

Major problem with training on Slimes is their strong melee. 40 knight or 30 pally wearing k-set, Tower Shield and Warrior Helmet will be able to hold off the fresh Slime.

Don't forget about its skill advancement though. After about an hour it'll become too dangerous and you'll have to replace the mother. Middle lvled chars are able to hold the Slime off for about 2-4 hours. 100+ lvls can train even longer without having to change the mother. Nevertheless, the Slime's skill advancement is the biggest disadvantage of this training method.

Downtime

Slime training has about 0,2-4% downtime. When you kill a Slime, new clone needs to come to you. In those 1-3 seconds you can't attack it. It makes almost no difference if you're using weakest weapon and have low skill. If your average damage is 30 however, it can take a while for new Slimes to come close in some spots.

On some spots downtime is higher because new Slimes need to go over some terrain obstacles between the mother and their place.

Slime training spots

The best spot in Tibia is as secret as possible. You don't want people bugging you and killing your Slimes all the time. The worst are the spawns on hunting grounds, like Venore Rotworm cave. The best spawns are Port Hope North (near to water, Pacc) and MOLS (very secret).

Port Hope North spawns - 8/10

Page 3: Slime Spot

One of the very few Slime training spots in Pacc area. Very well-known but also quite peaceful. People with Premmy are much less annoying than Faccs.

The place is popular, but safe and almost always free. There are about 10 Slimes spawning and there are even more places where you can set them up. You'll hardly ever find this place fully occupied, maybe only in weekends on non-pvp worlds.

To set up some camps you'll need Machete so take it with you. Most of the places are next to water.

Slimes spawn in areas of the jungle marked purple. Numbers indicate places where you can set up a training camp.

On Yellow Camps you don't need Machete. To set up Red Camps you need Machete just to cut one grass. On Black Camps people can lure Slimes on you just by cutting the grass that protects you. That's why these are the dangerous places to train in. On the spawn screenshots I marked the squares that need to be cut.

1.

My favorite spot. Lots water, no need of Machete, safe and calm.

Page 4: Slime Spot

2.

Not a bad spot, but Slimes can be lured.

3.

Page 5: Slime Spot

Quite popular spot because it's close to the spawn. No need for Machete but someone can cut that one sqm of grass to lure third Slime at you. No water sucks. Low downtime is the biggest advantage.

4.

You need to cut grass to make room for yourself. Low downtime. No water.

Vescu's house - 5, 6, 7, 8

This house is very popular. Up to four players can fit in there. All of the spawns have some kind of access to water, though 8 has to fish through a window.

Page 7: Slime Spot

9.

This spot is better than house if you don't like training next to other players. Lots of Slimes can be lured by cutting the grass. Also watch out for Terror Birds.

Page 8: Slime Spot

10.

Quite convenient spot, except there is no water. Low downtime.

Page 9: Slime Spot

11.

Less convenient than 10 but still trainable.

Page 10: Slime Spot

12.

Water, low downtime, security and no need of Machete are the advantages. The downside is that it's near a popular spawn and people botting PH North sometimes kill your Slimes.

13.

Very convenient spot. The only con is that it takes time to lure Slime there. No need for machete, access to water, low downtime.

Page 11: Slime Spot

These are not all the spots of Port Hope, but I'm sure these are the most popular, convenient and safe. Be creative and you'll find a few more.

Black Knight Villa - 4/10

Single Slime spawns in BK Villa near Venore. It's a well-known, yet quite peaceful for facc. It's in the underground so you need to take your own fishes with you.

To get to the villa leave Venore by the north-western gate and follow this path:

Page 12: Slime Spot

Slime spawns on -1 floor. You can stay in the same room it's in:

There is a safer place behind the door. Less players have access to it so much better to train there. Get the key to BK villa from a dead tree and lure the Slime behind the door:

Page 13: Slime Spot

Of course you're on the way in and out from Beho and BK spawns so you'll get bothered quite a lot. Still, most of the players aren't too annoying on that spot. They only care about their hunt and pass you by peacefully.

Venore Northern Swamp - 6/10

A little less popular than BK Villa. Downtime might be a little high. Taken quite often, but still not bad for facc. The main advantage is access to water, which is pretty rare. Leave through north-western gate of Venore and follow the map to this area:

Page 14: Slime Spot

And that's how you set up the Slime:

Outlaw Camp - 7/10

It's a very convenient place. It's quite well-hidden and setting up the camp is fast. There is no water access. Nothing dangerous can be lured. Owners of Outlaw Castle guildhall have a Protection Zone nearby.

To get there enter the dungeon here and go down to -2. Rope the slimes up from the lake at the circled rope spot and set them up as the map shows.

Page 15: Slime Spot

Thais Flower Temple - 7/10

This spot is much better hidden than the two above. You need a Pick to get there. You need parcel or something big to set up the camp. Take a few in case someone steals it. No water around, of course. Take your own fishes. I suggest a lootbag of 200-300 fishes for longer training sessions.

The great thing about this spawn is you can lure Slime to the place, where it can't be killed by melee and noobs can't push you. You're blocked once you set the camp up.

Go to the Flower Temple south of Thais - here.

Then go to -1 and dig a hole in the spot marked black. Go down to -2 and follow the white route to the Slime spot. You can lure it to the blue spot for better safety. Luring is strongly recommended for longer training sessions.

Set up the training camp like this. It's extremely important to have the parcels behind you. Without it the Slime will spawn there and you'll get surrounded.

This is how a training camp in the 'white spot' looks like:

Page 16: Slime Spot

And the 'blue spot' where you're much safer:

Maze of the Lost Souls spawn - 9/10

Page 17: Slime Spot

This is by far the most secret spawn in Tibia. Well, maybe not anymore because of that guide, but use it before others read about it!

It's extremely hard to find. There are a few Slime spawn and good spots nearby so if this spot is taken, just be creative.

You need your own fishes. If you're Pacc, buy mushrooms at Edron Magic Academy. They're worth it because this place is perfect for staying afk 24/7. I doubt anyone will bother you. You can train there if you're hunted. People should have trouble finding you in the maze because Exiva practically doesn't work there.

Enter the cave here. Follow the White Route. Check if there is a hole in the (X) spot. If there is, go down and skip to the next map. If not, follow the Blue Route to the grassy area. There is a hole under one tree. Go down and you'll find yourself in a small room with the lever. Pull it so that it's set in this: / position and the hole will appear at (X). Go back there and go to -3.

Go through the right lvl door and enter the northern (up) sewer hole.

1. Follow the line. The ladder takes you up back to -1.

2. Go a bit to the right and down the ladder.3. Follow the north-east and go up the ladder marked on the map.

Page 18: Slime Spot

4. Now there's the longest way. Follow the White Line. Take a Blue Line detour to lure a Slime with you. White Circle is the place where you'll train.

5. At the end of the road set up the camp.
