FEATURE OVERVIEW

Organizations & Access Management

USERS belong to a specific Organization and a specific User Group. Slidy manages user credentials used to access Genesys configuration environment or LDAP authentication system.

USER GROUPS define the different access permissions (Create, Read, Update, Delete) to the different Wallboard areas and function. A more granular set of permissions is defined for theMedia Manager module.

ORGANIZATION is a concept inherent to SLIDY design that represents thebusiness units and/or various teams and is defined in a hierarchical structure

• SLIDY supports Formula validation through a formula builder form allowing you to insert any type of metric.

• SLIDY’s Formula Builder support and JavaScript ECMAScript compliant formulas

• Formula metrics allow you to uniquely reference each metric through the additional suffix:

• Genesys metrics are suffixed with .ge

• Database metrics are suffixed with .db

• WebService metrics are suffixed with .ws

• Formula metrics are suffixed with .fo

The Formula Builder displays a validation message

indicating the success or failure on the same form.
