Bonjour Classe trois! I have been missing our French lessons. Here are some French activities to have a go at. There are activities to remember the names of colours and to count to 20. There’s a video too. There are also the names of animals to learn. You can use the cards to play matching pairs. You could also use them to play bingo with your family! It can be tricky to say the names of things in French, because their phonics are not the same as ours at all! Your job is to use the animals and the colours sheets to write sentences about the animals you saw at the magical zoo. Here are some tips to help you write sentences. J’ai vu means I saw J’ai vu _________________ = I saw __________________

In English, we put the adjective, the describing word, before the noun. We say A pink lion

In French, they put the adjective after the noun. They say A lion pink Or Un lion rose
